I wish I could give a million stars!!! There really isn’t anyone around anymore that would go above n beyond like u guys do!!!! U don’t know how appreciative n grateful not only the 4 of us are but my family is as well!!! We blew a wheel bearing last Friday around 9 pm on our way home from vacation on 77N.. flagged down a local sheriff and was given the # to call..that was about 11 pm or so…the owner answered, was very friendly and helpful!!! we had to wait until the following morning to call back @ 9 am..we called n they sent Chad over to tow our Yukon in…Chad was absolutely outstanding! he stood with us in the rain n actually talked to us, answered all of our questions, offered to get us anything we needed n didn’t just rush away like most would..I received a call back saying what all needed done which was quite lengthy (ie wheel bearing rotors brake pads calipers an axle) and we were told it would probably be Sunday evening before it was done..I received another call bout 2.5 hours later that it was done!!! They fixed what all was broke n even redid the passenger side..The owner was still asking if there was anything they could do to help us out!! Jason came and picked up my husband to go get our vehicle n was just as outstanding!!! Very friendly n talkative!!!I know this is just a google review but i wanted u to know how deeply appreciative we are n to tell the world that if they end up in a situation like ours a shop like yours with a crew like u have is the only one I would ever want to entrust in ever again!!!! No one can compare. Thank you so so much

This morning around 3:30 am my nephews and their friend broke down in Virginia on their way to vacation and still had a 5 hour drive. They were on the interstate with not much around. After several hours of us trying to figure out what they could do and having no luck, They ended up being towed by Lester’s. The wonderful people there immediately went to work on the van. Within an hour they had them back on the road to their destination. If it wasn’t for the fantastic people at Lester’s, our family would still be stranded and 5 hours away from us. We will never be able to repay what they did for our family. Thank you Lester’s. You truly went above and beyond and we will be eternally grateful. I would give them 1,000,000 stars if I would ❤️

I cannot put into words, the gratitude I have for this company. They fixed my broken van that stranded our 3 boys on the way to Myrtle Beach. They did not have to help and they went out of their way. The van is driving awesome. I’d give 100 stars if I could!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart 💜

My family got stuck on the side of the road with a leaking van. Lester’s immediately came and got them and helped them by towing to their shop, and immediately fixing the problem as my family was driving to the beach. They knew the situation and fixed it without hesitation. Great company and highly recommend!

Best road side service in 24 years of being out on the road. Brandon was super fast, courteous and patient with me when my bank was giving me a hard time with the transaction. Lost all my coolant, had bad hoses from engine to the APU. He replaced both lines and did a great job. Very satisfied with the work and the cost. I'm already recommending them to friends. I appreciate it, you guys made a bad day turn into a decent day. Thank you.

Our Sprinter van was losing air in its tire very quickly on a 15-hr road trip to our son’s moto race. We found Lester’s and even though was after hours, they had a guy meet us at the shop as we limped the van in. Took very little time, didn’t break the bank, and got us back on the road in time for the race! Thanks so much, Lester Crew! We really appreciate you!!

Truck broke down pulling a load up these hills but Lester’s came and towed me into his lot so I could be looked at first thing, when owner arrived in the am he had someone on it so I could get back going, let me leave my trailer on site til I could come back next day and pick up! Very generous and understanding group of guys at Lester’s and I’d definitely call again if needed! Thanks I really appreciated it in my time of need

Had to have truck towed about 8 miles to shop where determined problem was drive shaft -only had to wait short time for tow and bill was only $125.00 - and to fix truck about another hour for $120.00. - which I thought was very reasonable and fair - I would definitely recommend them I promise you won’t be disappointed! 👍✅

Lester’s saved us on a holiday trip from PA to NC when we broke down halfway into the 9 hour drive. My entire family was with me: a wife and twin 9 year old girls. We blew a hose and thermostat housing and we were on the road again for a very reasonable price and in a very short amount of time. Just hours within our arrival, we were already departing. We can’t be any happier. Thank you!

Dropped a drive shaft out of my Freightliner a block from their shop.They hauled my truck and trailer for half what is expected. Top notch service all the way.They sent the secretary to pick me up at the hotel and took me back to my truck.If you need help on 77 in Virginia, this is the man.

Having a trailer issue when traveling with a trailer full of horses is the worst. These folks got us back on the road in no time. We didn't even need to pull the horses off the trailer. If I lived in the area, this shop would have all my business. Really, Lester's, thank y'all so much for the speedy repair.

Broke down heading up the hill, pulling my camper, with two sleeping kids in the truck. I called Lester’s and they had a guy to me within 40 minutes at 1:30am. He fixed me up, gave me a couple extra clamps, and got us home to Ohio. Fast, friendly service.

We broke down with our 44 foot 5th Wheel RV on the side of 95N in a place where it was not possible to unhook the RV due to the grade of the hill. Lester’s sent a tow truck that was able to tow both the truck and RV together. At their shop Jason bent over backwards to accommodate us when the part we needed wasn’t available until the next day. 50 amp hook up and we stayed in the RV at the shop. Highly recommended! Thanks Jason and team!!

Driving down the highway, the car needed immediate attention. Lester’s had a tow truck there in a few minutes. In a few hours we had new spark plugs and were back on our way. They found the problem, took care of us quickly and did a great job!

Wouldn't be able to say enough good stuff about this place. I was really treated great. They let me hang out in the shop because it was pouring and I was 7 hours from home. Gave me a ride to love's at closing. Nick saved me a new set of fuel filters in case I had to change them again on my way home. And he even went through his personal tools to find me a socket that would fit the filter housing.I had accidentally put five gallons of Def in my fuel tank and caught it I time. Instead of doing what s Ford dealership would do and just take me for $16k, they worked to try to keep the repairs as minimal as possible. I'm around 1000 miles since I got it yesterday and I had to drain the fuel filter housing a couple of times but I've had zero issues. Thanks to the entire crew and the tow driver.
